We carry beautiful meats from Ontario including pasture-raised beef, Chanticlair chicken, lamb and heritage breeds of pork. We have fresh Turkey, Cornish hens, Partridge and Moscovy duck from Ontario and Quebec. We are also very proud to offer superb pasture-raised beef from PEI.


When in the shop, ask about our Primal Reserve Dry Aged Beef program.  Designed by George, it is a true art to dry age beef properly.  Our signature rib eye is aged for 120 days.

Needless to say, we will have all the cuts you will be looking for; from a nicely marbled ribeye or a sirloin chop of pork to a pristinely Frenched rack of lamb. If you want a cut that we don’t have in the counters already, please let us know and we will get it for you.
